Ottavio Porto is a highly skilled penalty lawyer with a specialization in the gaming and betting sector. With over seven years of experience in the industry, Ottavio has established himself as an expert in legal matters pertaining to this dynamic field. Throughout his career, he has provided consultancy services to internationally renowned skins and providers, including Betpassion, Betwin360, Leovegas, and Eplay24. Collaborating with leading European firms in Milan, Malta, London, Barcelona, and Belgrade, Ottavio has developed a deep understanding of the legal landscape within the gaming and betting sector. He has successfully advised clients on various legal challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting their interests.  Currently, Ottavio holds the esteemed position of Head of the Legal Department at IDA - Investments Digital Asset, a prominent international company specializing in NFT trading. In addition to his role at IDA, Ottavio serves as an external consultant for ABTG Legal in Milan, focusing on legal aspects related to digital assets, tokens, and cryptocurrencies. His expertise in this emerging field enables him to provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients navigating the complexities of the digital marketplac. Recognized for his contributions to the legal profession, Ottavio is an active member of the National Observatory "Youth and Open Day" of the Union of Italian Penal Chambers. Within this organization, he serves as Vice President of the Catanzaro section of the Forensic Movement, working to promote professional development and foster a collaborative legal community. Recently, Ottavio played a significant role in the personal exhibition of Giuseppe Barilaro entitled "Atelier - Allegories of Painting." The exhibition, which opened on June 10th at the enchanting location of Palazzo Santa Chiara in Tropea, features a collection of Giuseppe's artworks. Ottavio contributed by editing texts, providing critical contributions and ideas, and assisting with the exhibition's preparation.
