Monica Cuperlo

Ms. Monica has been a member of the Trieste Bar Association since January 2017. In 2021, she completed a two-year specialization course in international, public, and private law.

She primarily deals with matters related to civil law, both in litigation and out-of-court settings, with a particular focus on family law and successions, private contract law, debt recovery and enforcement procedures, insurance law, and personal injury compensation.

Additionally, she provides legal consultancy services in contract matters to local businesses (currently serving as a legal specialist for a company engaged in the field of European projects).

Since 2023, she has been working as Of Counsel, collaborating with Ascheri Nelson LLP in London and a renowned accounting firm based in Trieste.
